An overhaul is needed on our community Discord server.
With that said, we will need to look for ways to make the server more active and that starts with myself becoming active (which will happen at some point).
A lot of people have joined the Discord server asking questions related to modding. Unfortunately, I’ve found a lot of the games and modding topics discussed there are areas I’m not really familiar with and there isn’t anybody else active to help. I believe in these cases, it’s best to redirect the users asking questions to post a topic on the forum or try to guide the user in the Discord server the best we can, but make sure they understand you’re not familiar with the area they’re asking for help in.
I’m planning to look into a Discord server overhaul as we get closer to finishing the website. There is currently no ETA on this, but will probably happen in the next few months or so.
If anybody is interested in helping with the Discord revamp, I could push it sooner. However, unless somebody else shows interest in revamping the Discord server, I’m going to leave it until later on and just continue focusing on developing the new website and creating guides.
